All fine, but cleaning issues

The hotel was in a bustling area due to a soccer game, making parking challenging. Staff was exceptional and waived my fee, providing a positive end to a rough experience.

I loved the free WiFi and appreciated the smoking room option during my stay. There are some great relaxation spots like the pool and an outdoor lounge area that made it easy to unwind. Though I wish the noise levels were a bit lower at night, it still didn't spoil my experience. 😊

Recommend it for families with kids

The management has really turned things around, they were so friendly and helpful during my stay. They even had a nice breakfast which was a nice surprise for the kids, they loved it!

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with stained sheets and visible debris. Restroom facilities were outdated, with a broken bathroom door and poor water pressure. Some disturbances came from rowdy neighbors, which was less than ideal for a peaceful stay.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is just 1 mile from a cool 18-hole public golf course, and we loved having a Food Lion grocery store nearby for snacks. Digital programming kept us entertained during downtime. Overall, it was a fun and budget-friendly stay.

One of the rooms had an overwhelming pest issue, which was really off-putting. We didn't experience this ourselves, but it's something future guests should check into.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room, Smoking. The bed was alright, but the room itself had a pretty strong smell and it wasn’t the cleanest. There were some stains on the sheets and the bathroom could’ve used a solid clean-up. I appreciated having smoking rooms available, but the overall upkeep left something to be desired.

stayed at super 8 for a night and enjoyed my time there! the location was fantastic with easy access to shops and restaurants. the bed was super comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. the lady at the front desk was so sweet and polite, making check-in a breeze. I appreciated being close to palmetto health heart hospital too.
